// SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDED
// 10 · FREQUENTLY ASKED

The questions principals ask before they call.

Eight common queries — answered upfront so the call can focus on logistics, not basics.

Q1 What ages and grade levels is this workshop designed for?

The full programme is calibrated for Grades 6 through 12. Younger cohorts (6–7) focus more on digital safety and creative AI; older cohorts (9–12) go deeper on prompt engineering, research workflows and capstone projects. We adjust pacing and examples for each batch.

Q2 Our school doesn't have a computer lab — can we still host this?

Yes. F1 and F2 formats are designed to work with just a projector, screen and Wi-Fi. Students follow along on their own phones or shared laptops where available. For F3 and F4 we recommend at least one device per pair — we can coordinate device-sharing schedules with your IT team.

Q3 How is student data and privacy handled during AI tool demonstrations?

We never collect personally-identifiable student information. All AI demonstrations run on our own accounts. Demo data is wiped after every session. We sign your school's standard data-handling agreement if you require one. Full statement under // 05 · Digital Safety.

Q4 Can the curriculum be customised to our school's calendar or focus area?

Absolutely. The eleven modules are modular by design. Common customisations include deeper cyber-awareness for senior students, board-exam revision workflows for Grade 10/12, or extra prompt-engineering for science streams. We finalise a custom outline within a week of the booking call.

Q5 Which languages can the workshop be delivered in?

Primary delivery is in English with Hindi support throughout. We can switch to a Hindi-led session on request, with English used only for technical terminology. Regional-language adaptations (Bengali, Bhojpuri) on a case-by-case basis — ask during the consultation.

Q6 Do students receive anything they can take home or share with parents?

Yes — every student gets a Participation Certificate, AI Tools Handbook, Productivity Toolkit, AI Prompt Library, Resource Guide, Career Guidance pack and a Recommended-Learning roadmap. All as printable PDFs plus digital files. Parents typically appreciate the visible artifacts.

Q7 How does rescheduling or cancellation work after booking?

Schools can reschedule a confirmed date up to 14 days in advance with no charge. Cancellations within 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — we generally try to roll the booking to a later month rather than refund. Full terms shared with the booking contract.

Q8 Is there post-workshop support for teachers or students?

Yes — every workshop includes 30 days of follow-up Q&A access via WhatsApp or email. Teachers get a dedicated brief on how to integrate the take-home toolkit into existing lesson plans. F3 and F4 cohorts also receive a one-time refresher session 60 days later.
